1969-1976 Heathkit GR-78:

A portable/tabletop 6-band general coverage receiver made by Heathkit from 1969 to 1976, powered by 110V/220V AC or 9V DC. The band coverage: 200-400 kHz, 550-1300 kHz, 1.3-3.0 MHz, 3.0-7.5 MHz, 7.5-18 MHz, 18-30 MHz. It had an internal speaker, a band spread dial covering seven short wave broadcast bands, and CW/SSB reception. The band spread dial was unusual for covering SWBC bands rather than amateur bands.
