Circa 1961, these 9 Transistor Kowa radios share a cabinet and chassis similar to other 9 Transistor models such as the Harpers GK-900 and Lafayette's FS-91: their speaker grill and reverse-painted plastic designs were pretty much the only variations on the overall layout.
