The bottom radio, the T-7-126, was Philco's first transistor radio. It had a painted metal perforated grill which was large enough and soft enough that the owner's thumbs and fingers could dent it just by picking it up.
The top radio shares the same cabinet except for the grill: this one has plastic louvers which not only don't dent but also make the radio look about a hundred times better. This version of the T-7 came later but it's a lot less commonly found today than is the first version.
