This Perdio radio shares the same chassis, pc board, and transistor complement as its likely predecessor, the Perdio Piccadilly. Comparing cabinets, one would think that this Perdio came out several years after the Piccadilly, but given their identical innards, I'll only commit to the Picadilly as having been produced in 1958 or '59 and this Perdio probably in 1959, maybe 1960.

On this set, as on the earlier Piccadilly, both the LW and MW bands are calibrated in meters — most other LW/MW radios didn't calibrate the LW band in meters but rather designated by name the few LW broadcasters at their spots on the tuning dial.
