In terms of ergonomics and cabinet design, I still think this was Crown's best designed shirt pocket transistor radio.
This unit was assembled on November 30, 1959, as indicated by its mm/dd/yy production date stamp, 301159, which could easily be misinterpreted for a serial number — see my Crown production date codes page.
